UNIO - THE FOLLOW UP… 2026 - FAQ

General Information 

The music starts on Friday (07.08.) at 2pm and ends on Sunday evening.
U can already arrive on Thursday from 4pm and we will have a relaxed evening at the campfire together. (THIS YEAR THERE WILL BE NO PRE PARTY ON THURSDAY!!)

The address of the closest town is Maciejewo 14500. Please note that we will send you the exact address of the festival site by email approximately one day before the start.

It’s a private event with a maximum capacity of 200 persons. 

Official departure is on Monday. However, you can also stay on the festival grounds for a few days after the festival. Just talk to us on the reception about this.

Arrivals / Parking 
You can easily arrive by car or your van/camper/motorhome. If you want to rent a parking space for it, you can do so in our ticket shop. You can of course sleep in your car/van/camper/motorhome.

Please only park on designated areas!

Accommodation/campsite/hotels
As already mentioned, you can sleep in your car/van/camper/motorhome. 

There will also be a campsite, of course. It should be noted that the area is really huge. So you can find a nice corner and set up your camp there. We have enough space for everyone. The ground is leveled, so you have the best possible option to build up your tents and airbeds. 

There are also a few small hotels within a 10-15km radius. However, we recommend that you stay overnight on site.        

Awareness
Did you witness an unpleasant situation at our festival, or were you affected yourself? Please speak to our team and we will help you immediately. You can recognize them by their official shirts.

Clothing
U can wear whatever u want. However u like. 

Cultural & Non-Commercial Framework
The event is not operated for commercial purposes.
Any revenues generated (e.g. tickets, bar) are used exclusively to cover organizational costs and to support the association’s cultural activities.

Cultural Program & Legal Classification
We are a non-commercial cultural event organized by a registered non-profit cultural association.

The festival is conceptually designed as a temporary cultural gathering, focusing on artistic expression, cultural exchange and community-based interaction.

The program includes:
    •    Curated musical performances as an artistic format
    •    Defined program interruptions (e.g. shared lunch, community time)
    •    Collective cultural activities and social interaction
    •    Temporarily installed artistic and spatial concepts
    •    A conscious limitation of continuous music programming

Music is an integral part of the cultural concept, but not the sole purpose of the event.
The intentional breaks in the program emphasize the cultural, social and artistic character of the festival and clearly distinguish it from a purely commercial music or party event.

Disclaimer
Once you arrive at check-in, please sign the liability waiver. This is absolutely essential, especially given the large area and the lake.

Drinks
We will have a bar with fair prices at the festival to provide u with drinks - non-alcoholic and alcoholic. 
The tab water is not drinkable. You can buy drinking water for a fair price.. 

Entrance 
When you arrive at the festival you need to exchange your ticket for a full festival wristband at the Check In Reception. You also get your bags for trash. 
Once you get your wristband, you can access the festival site.

Electricity 
There will be no official electricity. So please bring power banks, etc. 

Food
We will prepare a selection of dishes for you on site. Both vegan and meat, etc.
There will also be delicious porridge with various toppings in the morning.
You probably remember Renata and Jörg. Last year they provided us with so many delicious treats... This year will be no different!

Festival floors
We will prepare several floors for you. Both indoor and outdoor. Maybe one or the other will hide...

Getting there 

- By Car (1:45h ride form Berlin)
    - The closest town is Maciejewo - 14500.

- By plane
      The closest airport is in Stettin. It’s 20km away from our festival. Pick ups with possible waiting times available.

- By train
      The closest train station is located in Goleniów. 13km away. We will offer a private shuttle for the pickup.
   
  -   Flixbus from Berlin 
      You have to take the bus from Berlin to Stettin. Then take the train to Goleniów, and we can pick you up for a small fee. 

Lake 
On the grounds of the castle there is a beautiful large lake - don't forget your bathing suits. Of course you can also bring your stand up paddle boards or something similar. Swimming at your own risk! 

Music / schedule  
We are all totally into house/minimal. So if you’re searching for techno maybe it’s not the right place for you. 
We will just stop the music on Saturday. In this time there will be a Brunch together.

Photo and video policy
We don’t want to forbid to take pictures or videos, but please respect the vibe of the whole Festival. 
No Need to record every second, especially on the dancefloor, but of course we are happy when you share your nice experience at the festival 
Please do us a favor and don't post any photos of the area, especially of the main building. (on site you will know which one we mean...).

Phone connection
Is available but please enjoy the moment.

Payment methods during festival 
We will have a cashless payment system. U can buy cards at a separated station JUST WITH CASH MONEY. NO DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS PAYMENT!

Shop 
We will have a little shop where u can buy snacks, rolling papers, sunglasses etc. everything that u need during the festival.

Shuttle from train station/airport 
We will offer a private shuttle for a small fee. 
There may be waiting times here too, as there will probably only be one driver. Nevertheless, we wanted to offer you this option so that you can travel to our festival in a climate-neutral and comfortable way.

Supermarket
There is a supermarket about 6 km away where you can buy groceries. Opening times are Monday to Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. The supermarket is closed on Sundays.

Tickets 
We will inform you about the ticket sale soon.

Volunteers
As you can imagine we need some support before, during and after the festival.

Waste 
Please take a minute and read how garbage deposit works and why it is important.
The garbage deposit is a system implemented at Unio Festival where campsite attendees are required to provide a monetary deposit upon arrival. This deposit serves as an incentive for festival-goers to properly dispose of their waste by returning full garbage bags to designated points. By implementing the garbage deposit, the festival aims to maintain a clean and litter- free environment, preserving the natural beauty of the festival and its surroundings.

How does it work?
The garbage deposit is required for campsite attendees at Unio Festival
    * Upon arrival, campers will receive 2 trash bags 
    * 10€ payment for the garbage deposit
    * Return full garbage bags after the festival to designated points to receive the 10€ back. 

WC/Shower
There are toilets (DIXI) and one ore two proper toilets in the main buliding.
We do not have unlimited capacity for the shower, so sometimes there may be waiting times.
